We've included the full question wording and any routing or filter conditions. Every question is annotated with the percentage responses and we also show the unweighted base.
 
The questionnaire has two sections: 

• the face-to-face questionnaire, when our interviewers read out questions and type people's answers into a laptop
• the self-completion questions, which we give to people in a booklet for them to complete themselves
